Book a call

For owners with a team who can feel it slipping

You've got a team. The leads come in. And every week you can feel money slipping away inside conversations you never sit in on.

The excuses land on your desk. The stalls, the "let me think about it," the quotes that go quiet. You're the first one to feel it, and you still can't see what to change. That gap is the whole of my work.

Book a Sales Clarity Call

30 minutes. Straight diagnosis. No pitch. Six calls a week, maximum.

If this is the thing keeping you up

You built something real. This one part just won't sit still.

The leads come in. Your team turns up. You've had the wins that prove the business works. But the one part you can't reach into, the actual sales conversation, is the part costing you most. You can see the number that should be there. You just can't see why it isn't.

That's not you failing. You're good at what you do. Selling is a separate craft, and almost nobody gets taught it properly. Handed a script. Sold a course. Told to "follow up harder." None of it holds up in a real conversation.

Same team. Same leads. Different conversation.

If this is your week

Most businesses don't lose sales at "no."

They lose them at "let me think about it," "send me a proposal," and "I'll get back to you." The leak isn't at the close. It's earlier than you'd think.

What it looks like when it's working

Clients who feel good about buying from you.

You stop being the owner who hopes the month works out. You become the one who knows it will.

Three ways to work together

Built around who's actually doing the selling.

1:1 Coaching

You're doing the selling

For owners and salespeople at any level. We rebuild how you lead conversations, handle pricing, and lock in next steps, on the sales you're working right now.

Team Sales Training

Your team is doing the selling

For teams who need to convert at the same standard no matter who picked up the phone. We train the team together, then one to one, so the standard holds in real conversations.

Fractional Sales Director

You need it led for you

For businesses where the founder has outgrown coaching and needs an embedded sales leader. Weekly pipeline reviews, live coaching, prep for high-stakes meetings. Not advice, execution.

Not sure which fits? I'll tell you straight

Who you're working with

The most expensive thing I learned: leads aren't the problem.

I've spent 15 years in B2B sales. Most people who come to me have already tried to learn it. A script someone handed them. A course they bought. A few videos that almost made sense. None of it stuck, and not for lack of trying. You can't learn to lead a real conversation by memorising someone else's lines.

I've made the calls, lost sales I should have won, and worked out why, usually 18 hours later staring at the ceiling. The last five years I've spent on one moment: the gap between the first conversation and a closed sale.

If you're tired of chasing, tired of "let me think about it," and tired of being told to just follow up harder, that's where I do my best work.

Husband, dad to two boys and three cats, and a part-time chef. Family Marvel geeks at heart, and I'll rip a Pokémon pack with my boys any day of the week. On the weekends I coach my son's football team.

So we're clear

What I'm not.

Not an online guru.No fluff, no manifesting, no "energy" talk.
Not a bro closer. No fake urgency, no manipulation, no scripts that make you sound like a hostage negotiator.
Not a template seller.Templates die on impact in a real conversation.

How the call works

Thirty minutes. You leave with clarity.

Book the call

Pick a time that works. Bring the stage where opportunities go quiet or buyers hesitate.

Diagnose the leak

We find where opportunities are going quiet, what's causing the hesitation, and where the process is breaking down.

Leave with the fix

You'll know where it's leaking, why, and the one thing to change first. If I can help, I'll show you the next step. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.

Straight answers

Questions people ask first.

Is this for owners or sales teams?

Both. Some clients need one to one coaching. Others need team training, or an embedded fractional sales director.

What happens on the clarity call?

We look at where opportunities aren't moving forward, what's likely causing it, and what needs to change first.

Is the call a pitch?

No. It's a direct diagnosis. If I think I can help, I'll tell you. If not, I'll tell you that too.

What if we already have a sales process?

That's fine, most businesses do. The issue is usually that it's incomplete, inconsistent, or leaking at key moments.

What if the real problem is lead quality?

I'll tell you straight. Not every conversion issue is a sales-process issue.

Will this work in my industry?

If you sell a premium service through conversations and too many opportunities are failing to convert cleanly, the principles usually carry across.
